Is my web account the same as my app account?
Yes. An account created on the web signs in to the app, and your membership syncs automatically.
How can I sign up?
With email for now. Phone and Google sign-in are coming soon.
I forgot my password.
Choose "Forgot password" on the sign-in page and reset it with a code sent by email.
Membership and payment
What is the difference between VIP and SVIP?
SVIP adds dedicated China-server game routes to VIP's media routes, and 4 devices online at once.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Web purchases are one-off and never renew automatically.
When does my membership start?
Usually immediately after payment. If it hasn't started after 10 minutes, contact us with your order number.
How can I pay?
On the Antom (Ant International) checkout page, by card or other methods shown there.
Availability and privacy
Can I use VeilNex in mainland China?
No. VeilNex is only for people outside mainland China who need to reach services in China.
Does VeilNex log what I browse?
No. We do not log or sell the content you access. See our Privacy Policy.
What technology does VeilNex use?
Our apps use the operating system's VPN interfaces (NEVPNManager on iOS, VpnService on Android) to create an encrypted connection used only for connection optimisation.
